Cookery courses

Jo Elwin Fine Foods would be delighted to provide

For children:  after school and/or during the holidays and especially good recognised as the experience required for The Duke of Edinburgh Awards.. 

One day (3-6pm) children's cookery course (min numbers 2) (£100 each)
or 4 x 3 hour children's cookery course (min numbers 4)(£350) where:
. Older age groups actually make
  sausages, caramelised onion gravy and
 mash
​ a novelty birthday cake
. Younger children bake edible Christmas tree decorations or make their favourite cakes.

​For adults:
One to one tuition (4 hours) at your home (£300)

Group day cookery course..  Arrange your birthday or team building cookery 
course for a group of friends at your home.  If there is anything specific you
would like to learn, let us know and we will tailor the event to your requirements. 

One day cookery course on the essential skills for the kitchen.

One day cookery course on cake baking, covering 5 different methods.

One day course on a special dinner party menu, designed to give
an insight into cooking techniques to assist the progressing cook.
